We had a lovely getaway at this hotel. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, especially during check-in. A quick walk to Ikebukuro station made exploring Tokyo a breeze. Don’t miss out on the delicious Japanese breakfast! For larger families, consider the room arrangements more carefully.

The staff were incredibly helpful, they really were! Even offered me a basic rundown of places to see when I was too exhausted to figure it out myself. The room was clean and the amenities were solid, definitely met my needs – had fresh towels every day which was a nice touch!
